We ensure your claims are billed accurately and in a timely fashion.  All unpaid claims are pursued to resolution; no claim goes unchallenged.

All information sent to our office is strictly confidential and is therefore treated as such, stored safely and securely.  We are fully compliant with PHIA (Personal Health Information Act).

We also provide personal customer service to ensure that you are satisfied.

Billing Services

• ICD-9 coding if necessary (diagnostic codes)
• Data entry of all MHSC, WCB and Third Party Billings
• Mid-month and month-end reconciliation’s
• Resubmission of all code 44’s and contested claims are challenged to satisfaction (queried)
• Month-end accounts receivable report

The cost of our Billing Service is based on a percentage of Gross Billings.
